Pricing + Payments
All prices are fixed and non-negotiable unless stated otherwise. No exceptions.
Projects under $350
must be paid in full before any project begins. Projects over $350 requires a non-refundable retainer before any work is done. The r
emaining balance + any additional fees incurred
must be paid in full before any projects/files are disclosed. Failure to pay is subject to cancellation.
If you have not made the necessary payments, you have not secured a service.
Web maintenance is a
premium service. The duration of this service is
one month (30 days) from the date of purchase. Since this is a
no commitment service, you must repurchase at the end of the 30 days to continue receiving monthly benefits
unless you are contracted. No exceptions. For more information on service contracts, contact us.
Debit/credit cards and Cash App are the
only acceptable forms of payment.
A $3 service fee will be added to all Cash App payments. The
"Make A Payment" link is located in the footer for your convenience.
Revisions + Errors
All projects receive a three (3) revision limit.
All drafts require the client's approval. Drafts are only used for client approvals and may not be used, copied, or duplicated. During the approval process, it is the client's responsibility to review the design/verbiage and address any unsatisfactions before the project is finalized. Once the project has been approved and files are disclosed, Major Kei Marketing will not be held liable for any gramatical errors or inaccurate information unless it is a fault of our own. Any revisions needed after the approval process will incur a fee of
$15 per revision.
If you have submitted any incorrect infromation for projects that have not been finalized,
contact us with the correct information immediately to avoid additional fees. Please note that this occurrence may prolong the turnaround time.
Refunds + Cancelations
Major Kei Marketing
does not offer refunds under any cirsumstances
unless stated otherwise.
If a client cancels or refuses to recieve work that is already rendered, we will not issue a refund and will exclusively maintain ownership of any designs, layouts, and developments unless the balance is paid in full. In the event that we are unable to complete an order, the client will be reimbursed.
In the event that you need to
reschedule a consultation, contact us at least 1
2 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to properly notify us will result in automatic cancelation.
Any canceled appointments cannot transfer the deposit and must be rebooked.
Ownership + Rights
Clients have full ownership of all finalized projects that have been purchased. Major Kei Marketing may only use the work for promotional purposes and cannot resale it. All files will be provided in PNG, JPG, and/or PDF format.
Major Kei Marketing owns and retains the .AI and/or .PSD files of all projects. These files can be purchased for an additional cost. Email

Privacy + Confidentiality
Private and confidential information (e.g. login credentials) may be required in order to complete a project. In this case, Major Kei Marketing agrees to protect the confidentiality of the client’s proprietary information. We will not, now or ever, share a client's information with a third party without proper consent.

All projects are done in the order in which they are received. We operate on a first come, first serve basis. If we a currently booked, you will be notified.
Major Kei Marketing retains the right to refuse service to anyone.
Turnaround times are provided in the
info section of each service/product. Projects may be delayed if the client does not provide or submit all content needed to begin. Projects may also be prolonged if revisions are required.
If you are in a rush, expedite your order. All rush orders
will incur an additional fee.
